Kathamandu || Neta Auto, a subsidiary of Hozon Auto, has unveiled the BEV variant of the Neta L in China, following the EREV version launched two months prior. This mid-size, five-seat SUV measures 4770mm in length, 1900mm in width, and 1660mm in height, with a 2810mm wheelbase. It features a single electric motor delivering 170 kW and 310 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds, powered by a CATL 68 kWh LFP battery pack for a range of up to 510 km.

The entry-level Neta L includes a single 15.6-inch screen and a smaller LCD behind the D-shaped steering wheel, while the top model boasts dual 15.6-inch monitors, 16 speakers, a refrigerator, and a foldable table. Priced starting at $19,260, the Neta L offers a premium interior and advanced features like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip for smart driving, supported by ultrasonic radar, millimeter-wave radar, and cameras. The battery supports 3C fast charging, going from 10 to 80 percent in just 21 minutes with a DC fast charger.

Since its inception in 2018, Hozon has released five models under the Neta brand: AE (V), X, S, GT, and L. The Neta L EREV sold 5,500 units within two months of its launch. CG Motors also markets Neta EVs in Nepal.
