Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy is gearing up to launch its latest electric scooter, the Ather Rizta, on April 6th. Positioned as a family scooter, the Ather Rizta is expected to offer a blend of comfort and practicality, with a focus on providing a convenient riding experience for everyday use. The scooter is anticipated to come with a spacious floorboard area and a long seat, offering ample room for both rider and pillion.

Moreover, the Ather Rizta is expected to feature a fast charging support system, similar to the Ather 450S, and offer a range of up to 115 kilometers on a single charge. With disc brakes on both tires and front telescopic fork and rear monoshock suspension, the scooter is poised to deliver a safe and smooth riding experience. It is estimated to be priced at around 130 thousand Indian rupees and will compete with models like the TVS iQU and Bajaj Chetak in the market.
